EASTER AT THE HYLTON PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

No registration is required to join us for Good Friday service or our Easter Sunday services. You can let us know you’re coming by using the Plan Your Easter Visit button above. 

Absolutely! We encourage families to attend Easter weekend services together. 

We will not provide childcare or Kids Ministry on Friday evening for Good Friday service, but our Sunday services will have Kids Ministry for both service times. Please see “What will my children do during service?” below for more details. 

We provide full Kids Ministry for ages 6 months – 5th grade for both Easter Sunday services.  

Our program and curriculum is designed specifically for each age group. They have the best time learning about Jesus in a way they can understand. There will be signage and Love Church serve team members to help guide you to the check-in area. 

All Love Church Kids serve team members pass a background check and complete a thorough child safety training course. In addition, we have a safety team to ensure your child’s safety, along with an on-duty police officer each Sunday. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up and a text/paging system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during service.

Your child is important to us. If Easter is your first visit to Love Church, we will need the following information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.  

We will have a parking team and signage greeting you as you arrive on-site Friday and Sunday. 

We have designated accessible parking as well as parking for families with young children and first time guests. The team will help guide you to the best parking space for your family. 

Communion will be observed in our Good Friday service. It is for those who believe in Jesus. It’s a unique time in the presence of God when the elements of bread and grape juice (the body and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ) are taken in remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice on the Cross. (Matthew 26:26-29; 1 Corinthians 10:16, 11:23-25).
