FAQ’s

Do I need to register?

No, you do not currently need to register in advance for services.

Do I need to check in when I arrive?

You do not need to check in at our Manassas and Winchester locations, however we will need you to check in at our Warrenton campus. In accordance with the Fauquier County Schools guidelines and the usage of Fauquier High School, the county does require us to check in those in attendance at Warrenton. If you’re attending the Warrenton campus, our check-in team will be at the door to check you in when you arrive. Please be ready to give them the names of everyone in your party.

WHAT ABOUT KIDS MINISTRY?

Currently, in-person kids ministry is available at our Manassas and Winchester locations during the second service. We are working towards having kids programs during all services at all locations. For those worshiping together as a family in the auditorium, we recommend that if your child struggles to sit through the service to bring a tablet or phone with headphones. This will allow your child to watch the Kid’s Ministry Lesson Video and everyone can enjoy hearing God’s word together.

WHAT SANITATION MEASURES WILL BE IN PLACE?

Our team will frequently disinfect surfaces throughout the building, and we will sanitize the auditoriums between services. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the buildings. Water fountains and coffee stations will not be available at this time, but we will have bottled water available in the lobbies. All seat-back materials, papers, and pens will be removed.

WHAT ABOUT FACE COVERINGS?

In accordance with current VA executive orders, face coverings are required during services. Face coverings will be made available for you as you walk in the door. In order to help facilitate a safe environment, our staff and Serve Team will be wearing face coverings as they serve.

WHAT IF I AM CONSIDERED “HIGH RISK”?

If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue worshiping with us online.

WHAT IF I DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE COMING IN PERSON YET?
We completely understand. We invite you to worship with us online. You can text “online” to 99000 to get relevant information and updates regarding online services.
If any of the following applies to you, please worship with us online:
  • In the last 14 days you have tested positive, been experiencing symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19.
  • If you are in a “high-risk” group, or you care for someone who may be at “high risk” for severe illness.
WHAT ABOUT SMALL GROUPS?

We just launched our new semester of small groups and they will continue with in-person, virtual, and hybrid groups. In-person small groups will follow the guidelines laid out by our government and health authorities. That being said, we encourage people to continue engaging in our virtual small groups and to use necessary precautions by not attending an in-person small group if you are immuno-compromised, feel sick, have a fever or have been around someone with symptoms. Our small group leaders and attendees will be updated with all the latest guidelines and regulations.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER EVENTS IN OUR BUILDINGS?

The only permitted use of our buildings are Sunday services, next generation ministry, conferences and outreach. At this time, the building will be closed for outside groups, rentals, and small groups.
