We are so excited to worship with you in person at our Manassas and Winchester locations! We’re working hard to create a safe Sunday worship experience in accordance with the guidelines set by the CDC. To ensure proper social distancing guidelines, we are asking everyone to register for services. FAQ’s

When can I register for an in-person service?

Registration will open at 2pm each Sunday for the upcoming Sunday services.

Do I need to check in when I arrive?

Yes! Our check-in team will check you and your family in in your car before you park. Please have your registration confirmation ready to show the team.

Do I need to check in twice if I've registered to attend both services?

Let the check-in team member know that you are registered for both services, and they will check in you in for both when you arrive. You will be asked to leave the building after the first service to allow our teams time to sanitize, but you may re-enter without going through the check-in process.

Can I stay for a second service if I've only registered for one?

If we have room available in the second service, you are welcome to attend again! However, you will have to return to your car and go through the check-in process a second time so that our team can confirm that we have room to accommodate you and your family.

WHERE WILL WARRENTON CAMPUS BE MEETING?

At this time, we are not able to provide full services at Fauquier High School. Although we wanted to re-enter all three of our campuses at the same time, we believe that re-entering Manassas and Winchester is best for us at this time. We invite our Warrenton Campus family to worship with us at Manassas or Winchester, whichever is more convenient for you.

WHAT ABOUT KIDS MINISTRY?
Our plan is to re-enter our Kid’s Ministry classes on November 15th. During the 6 weeks that we are worshiping together as a family, we recommend that if your child struggles to sit through the service to bring a tablet or phone with headphones. This will allow your child to watch the Kid’s Ministry Lesson Video and everyone can enjoy hearing God’s word together.
ARE REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED?

You will need to reserve your spot at the service you would like to attend. Registration allows us to ensure we are staying within guidelines and providing the safest environment possible. Physically-distanced seating is available in the auditorium with assistance by our ushers.gs.

WHAT SANITATION MEASURES WILL BE IN PLACE?

Our team will frequently disinfect surfaces throughout the building, and we will sanitize the auditoriums between services. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the buildings. Water fountains and coffee stations will not be available at this time, but we will have bottled water available in the lobbies. All seat-back materials, papers, and pens will be removed.

WHAT ABOUT FACE COVERINGS?

Face coverings will be made available for you as you walk in the door. In order to help facilitate a safe environment, our staff and Serve Team will be wearing face coverings as they serve.

WHAT IF I AM CONSIDERED “HIGH RISK”?

If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue worshiping with us online.

WHAT IF I DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE COMING IN PERSON YET?
We completely understand. We invite you to worship with us online. You can text “online” to 99000 to get relevant information and updates regarding online services.
If any of the following applies to you, please worship with us online:
  • In the last 14 days you have tested positive, been experiencing symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19.
  • If you are in a “high-risk” group, or you care for someone who may be at “high risk” for severe illness.
WHAT ABOUT SMALL GROUPS?

We just launched our new semester of small groups and they will continue with in-person, virtual, and hybrid groups. In-person small groups will follow the guidelines laid out by our government and health authorities. That being said, we encourage people to continue engaging in our virtual small groups and to use necessary precautions by not attending an in-person small group if you are immuno-compromised, feel sick, have a fever or have been around someone with symptoms. Our small group leaders and attendees will be updated with all the latest guidelines and regulations.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER EVENTS IN OUR BUILDINGS?

The only permitted use of our buildings are Sunday services, next generation ministry, conferences and outreach. At this time, the building will be closed for outside groups, rentals, and small groups.
