This past Sunday marks a huge milestone for The Life Church: for the first time, we have four campuses. That means that last Sunday, we held eight services in four locations. That’s four Kid’s Teams, four Worship Teams, four Production Teams, four Connect and Welcome Teams… and the list goes on. And because of the incredible passion and dedication of all our Dream Teamers, everything went off without a hitch. The Life Church is literally walking in a miracle right now.

As we move forward with four campuses, it’s vital that we take a moment to remember who we are as a church, to revisit our core values. We’ve decided to highlight each of our five core values by honoring individuals who fully embody each value.

Latanya Hines is motivated by her compassion for the down and out. She is constantly organizing The Life Church Winchester’s outreach events and programs, and she’s intentional about meeting and knowing every single person who walks through the doors in Winchester. Literally everyone. She is real and brings warmth to every conversation and relationship—she lets every single person know for certain that they are special.

Rob Rhoads, the head of our Production Department, and Bryant, our Next Gen Worship Director, both embody this value. They bring excellence to absolutely everything they do, whether it’s ensuring that our worship experiences run smoothly, leading our congregation into the presence of the God during worship, or working behind the scenes to redesign church spaces. These two always, without fail, bring their best.

A fairly new addition to our staff, Jeff Webb is the campus pastor of The Life Church Bristow. No matter where he is or who he’s talking to, he’s always authentic and genuine. He’ll speak the truth even when you don’t want to hear it because he values people too much not to say it like it is. Jeff keeps it real in his personal life and in ministry—he keeps his real real.

If you’ve ever been to The Life Church Warrenton, you’ve seen living proof of Suzanne Odum’s heart for investing in others. Our staff jokes all the time about how Suzanne runs that campus, but that’s not far from the truth. She pours countless hours into not only Sunday ministries (especially our new Fast Track classes) but also into the behind-the-scenes work that makes the Warrenton campus run. The cherry on top is her heart—Suzanne loves people, and everything she does is to invest in others.

An integral part of our Warrenton campus, Bryan Cunigan is hands-down the most energetic and enthusiastic man you’ll ever meet. His passion for Jesus and for this church is unrivaled. If you’ve ever been in the same room as him, you can feel his energy like static in the air. He’ll put a smile on your face and treat you the same way Jesus would. He’ll serve and sacrifice, all the while with a grin on his face and having an absolute blast.
