How do i register?
Registration for services will open on December 1. Once open, you can click on the service time button under the location of your choice then follow the directions to complete registration.
ARE REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED?
Yes. You will need to reserve your spot at the service you would like to attend. Registration allows us to ensure we are staying within guidelines and providing the safest environment possible. Physically-distanced seating is available in the auditorium with assistance by our ushers. Reservations open starting December 1, 2020.
Do I need to check in when I arrive?
Yes! Our check-in team will check you in before you enter the building. Please have your registration confirmation ready to show the team.
Will there be KIDS MINISTRY?
WHAT SANITATION MEASURES WILL BE IN PLACE?
Our team will frequently disinfect surfaces throughout the building, and we will sanitize the auditoriums between services. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the buildings. Water fountains and coffee stations will not be available at this time, but we will have bottled water available in the lobbies. All seat-back materials, papers, and pens will be removed.
WHAT ABOUT FACE COVERINGS?
In accordance with current VA executive orders, face coverings are required during services. Face coverings will be made available for you as you walk in the door. In order to help facilitate a safe environment, our staff and Serve Team will be wearing face coverings as they serve.
Can I stay for another service if I've only registered for one?
If we have room available in the next service, you are welcome to attend again! However, you will have to return to your car and go through the check-in process again so that our team can confirm that we have room to accommodate you and your family.
Do I need to check in again if I've registered to attend more than one service?
Let the check-in team member know that you are registered for multiple services, and they will check in you in for all of them when you arrive. You will be asked to leave the building after the first service to allow our teams time to sanitize, but you may re-enter without going through the check-in process.
WHAT IF I AM CONSIDERED “HIGH RISK”?
If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue worshiping with us online.
Someone in my household has been sick recently. What should I do?
- In the last 14 days you have tested positive, been experiencing symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19.
- If you are in a “high-risk” group, or you care for someone who may be at “high risk” for severe illness.
