What is the length of your service?
We have a 60-minute service planned this Easter.
Will everyone be dressed up?
We encourage everyone to wear what is comfortable. Some people dress up and others dress in casual attire. Our goal is for you to feel welcome.
Do you have a children’s program?
Yes, we have nurseries for ages 0-4 and Kids Production for ages 5 – Grade 5.
What do you have planned for kids?
Ages 0-4 we have the Easter story, games, crafts and a snack. All snacks are nut-free. Ages 5 – Grade 5 we have a huge production in Kids Central.
Do you have a program for students?
Grades 6-12 attend services in the main auditorium, enjoying the music, media and special message by our campus pastor.
What’s the protocol for parents wanting to drop off kids before they park their car?
We will have VIP parking for handicap, 1st-time guests and single parents. We allow “kiss and park,” but children being dropped off must be accompanied by an adult.
Where do I go when I arrive with my children?
A parking team will be onsite to direct you as you arrive. There is special parking for first-time guests, single parents and the handicapped. Our Welcome Team will also greet you and direct you to the necessary areas.
What if my child needs me during the service?
We have trained and background checked teams leading our children’s care and programs. We have a secure check-in system that allows them to locate you if necessary.
Will my children be offered snacks?
We do provide snacks for our classes that are nut-free. You are welcome to bring nut-free snacks for your child but please label personal snacks & cups.
Are children welcome who have disabilities?
ALL children are welcome to attend our programs.
What if I need handicap seating for myself or family/friend?
Handicap seating is available as well as seats for family in the same area. There is also an area to drop off guests at main entrance before parking. Parking attendants will direct you and our welcome team once you enter the building.
Will I have to walk a long distance from the parking lot?
If you need special assistance, please notify a parking attendant when you arrive at the campus. They will be happy to assist you.
